Above rates are based on per person on twin sharing/ double basis and valid only on minimum 2 adults traveling together.
Fluctuation in Australian rate will affect the package cost even after paying the advance. The ROE will be calculated on the day of making the final payment.
Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions & special events. A surcharge may be levied for the same.
Hotel rooms and services and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in hotel rates, Rate of Exchange (ROE), transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
Any meal and service unless mentioned in the itinerary is not included and guests will have to pay additionally.
The Rate of Exchange (ROE) taken for computing the above price is Rs. 47 to 1 Australian Dollar. In the event of an increase or decrease in the ROE, the prices mentioned may change at the time of payment. We urge our esteemed customers to make the complete payment at the time of booking to avoid any charges arising out of fluctuations.
In case of visa rejection, you would be deemed to have cancelled on the date of intimation of such rejection. If you fail to pay the total tour costs in time or if you commit any other default in relation to your booking, we may treat such failure or default as a cancellation of the booking by you. In such case, the cancellation charges shall be computed with reference to the date on which we issue you a notice of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 30 days or more: Non-refundable deposit of Rs.10, 000 per person.
Between 29 – 20 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 25% of the package cost.
Between 19 – 14 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 50% of the package cost.
Between 13 – 8 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 75% of the package cost.
Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the package cost.
Refund will be processed through the same online payment mode within 10 – 12 working days.
